The Toddler Tote contains all of the necessary teaching tools to help your toddler master the alphabet, numbers, shapes and colours. Simply, sit down with your toddler for 20 minutes a day, flip the learning switch early and enjoy fun, educational play. The aim is to give toddlers a head start and to promote bonding between the toddler and their parents, grandparents and caregivers. The tote is divided into four sections, one for each of the basic skills. Each section contains a teaching chart, a board book, puzzles and flash cards. The tools within each section are fully coordinated so the toddler receives a consistent message. For example, in the alphabet section, A is for alligator on the teaching chart, in the book and on the flashcards.
With a consistent message, there is no room for confusion. The toddler can focus on learning the letter or picture at hand rather than spending time decoding inconsistent pictures. Also, the pictures are simple and clear. Toddlers can identify easily with the images.
