Just a quick note to thank you for the Melissa & Doug Deluxe Stacking Train I received today. I did not expect it to be quite so wonderful and think it is excellent value for the money. I purchased a set of Wedgits from your website a week ago today, and I am writing to you to say that I am a very happy consumer. I have already been spreading the word about Mastermindtoys.com. You see, I've worked in customer service for over 15 years, & I am very seldom impressed with the service I receive. However, in my experience with Mastermind Toys.com I was more than pleasantly surprised! Upon completing my order on-line, I discovered a type-o in my address (my mistake). I phoned & spoke with a lady (I believe her name was Janine) and she was most pleasant, and helpful. Once entering, I wanted to "log off" but couldn't figure out how, so I tried the "live help" option. Janine was again my contact, and was incredibly patient, & helpful. I was pleased. However, the next day, less than 24 hours after placing my order, when Canada Post delivered my son's birthday gift, I was shocked! I couldn't believe how quickly my order had been processed & placed in the mail, beautifully wrapped ! I would like to thank you and your staff. My son was so pleased to receive his gift (it arrived on his actual birthday - I was hoping to have it by the end of the week for his party on Saturday) As I mentioned earlier, I have been telling everyone I know about your web site & service!
