I love your website. I have been in a serious accident and now walk with a walker. With your very clear and easy to navigate website, I was able to plan out all my Christmas gifts and was able to walk into your Aurora store not only with my list of present but also all the add-ons that went with them.The staff there were fantastic and ran around the store picking up the toys while others wrapped them and I was able to complete a large list for a very reasonable price and in very little time. As a teacher as well as a Nana I am very impressed with the quality of your merchandise and the availability of educational but fun merchandice.I would recommend this site to anyone and have forwarded it to my daughters as well. I just wanted to say a VERY BIG thank you to the staff of Mastermind Toys!!! We are Canadians living in the Middle East for the last 4 years. Every year it has been a struggle to get Christmas presents home on time for Christmas... and a couple of times the presents never reached the destination (the mail system here is very unreliable).
This was the first year I shopped online for Christmas presents... silly, I know. I could not believe how easy it was and how quickly the presents were shipped... AND they have already reached my sister's house.

I would like to comment on how impressed I was with your live chat feature and in particular with the person I was dealing with "Janine". She answered all my questions efficiently, quickly and asked all the right questions - which will lead to an order tomorrow and probably many more going forward. She was outstanding. Best customer service I've had in any venue in a long time and hands down best customer service via online chat.
My only comment for improvement is to make available a feedback form on your website where I would have more confident that the person I worked with will be recognized, and this email read. As an EVP of a public retailer - we really value customer feedback and often make changes to our stores around it. An "e-bay type" forum for customer feedback - while a valuable tool for sales, does not give your executives insight to your customers opinions about your company. |

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with how fast our parcel arrived. I ordered the Crazy Fort on the 20th and was tracking it with Canada Post. It hadn't even left Mississauga (according to Canada post) and it arrived on the 24th. I don't order things online very often, but I sure will considered you next time and recommend you to all my friends. It is also great that you would sent to a box number. I ordered a Snap-Circuits kit on Dec 22nd (priority shipping) in the afternoon. And I received it on the 24th. Just it time to put it under the tree. My kids (that son and my 4 year old daughter) LOVE that thing. (Jumpsmart Trampoline) Instead of sitting on the couch when the T.V. is on, they jump! They use it also when they are just playing and it is always a big hit when other kids come over.

The website was great to navigate, customer service was excellent (I called to ask a question) and the delivery time far exceeded my expectations. I have ordered from you twice now and both times I received my order within 2 days with very reasonable shipping costs. I also sent an email to customer service regarding an attachment piece for the Nilo table I ordered, and although you do not have it available, I was told that it could be special ordered.
All that to say that I have been very pleased from all aspects of Mastermind and I intend to recommend your site to many people, as well as continuing to order for myself.

I love love love that your company has a personal touch. I emailed live with a question, the woman had to check the stockroom for me and wasn't able to get back to me right away so she took my email and sent me an email shortly thereafter. This is so rare these days when you are normally speaking to sales people on a floor who really don't look carefully for you. I am responding to an order I placed 2 days ago and received yesterday. I want to send a huge thank you to the people within your company. I do quit a bit of on-line shopping and have never been so pleased with service in doing so as I was with Mastermind Toys.
This was my first purchase from Mastermind and I can guarantee you I will be back as well as mentioning to my friends and family the great experience.
I was very shocked first off to see you had the item in stock (Bakugon) in which it seems you are the only company in Canada with these and you can not order them from other countries and have them shipped here. I was put to the challenge when my 6 and 7 year old sons told me they weren't worried about not being able to find them in any of the reatail stores that they would wait for Easter and the Easter Bunny would bring them as he is magic and can bring them anything. I think they are going to beleive in the Easter Bunny forever after they receive these little gifts nicely wrapped and tag provided from the Easter Bunny.
I thank you for the service provided, I have to admit I was a little skeptical when it seemed so easy and thank you most of all for the magical moment my husband and I will share on Easter morning when our little Bakugon Brawlers receive their special Easter Bunny gifts. |

I'm not a regular shopper. I kind of shop in spurts and tend to stock up on stuff (having no car and a family of six ...).
The first package I ordered on behalf of my son arrived today. For two weeks I tried to track down this laser kit at our /neighborhood/ toy store. They claimed they had it, but at another location ... then when we went to pick it up, it wasn't what we were told it was ... Cripes. What a mix up.
Even though I haven't opened up the box yet, I expect everything will be just so.
What I find exceptional is that it's here already! I'm pretty sure that I'm going to do my birthday and Christmas shopping with you all AND I will be telling the grandparents ... hell, why not - beats 'em sending a cheque each time and they can let their fingers do the walking.
