Each Card Pack contains 16 game cards, wrapped in 2 mylar packs of 8 cards each, as well as a 16 page game guide to help kids jump right into the game. There are common, uncommon, rare, and ultra-rare game cards. Each Card Pack is guaranteed a rare or ultra-rare card. In order for you to get all of the cards, you will need to purchase multiple Card Packs. Each card has a unique Identification (ID) number. Kids will go to www.the39clues.com, click on “My Cards” and enter the unique ID number from the card. As soon as the unique number is entered and accepted, the card will appear in the kid’s card collection. Once a unique ID is entered it will not be valid again – no 2 codes are the same. The cards will help the kids understand the Cahill world and will lead them to places or people who will help them find the 39 Clues. Unlike standard card games, duplicate cards will serve a purpose. Cards can be combined to yield greater secrets, and different combinations will yield different rewards. Cards from each Card Pack will have the power to reveal secrets at any point in the game. (In fact, the bigger, most valuable secrets will come from cleverly combining cards across the card packs).
