Shopping options

Physical distancing measures:
We’ve introduced additional safety protocols in accordance with health authorities, including limiting the number of staff and customers in our stores at any given time; providing staff with PPE; disinfecting payment terminals before and after each transaction; and increasing handwashing.

Customer service:
Online chat hours are extended for your convenience.

Return policy:
Exchanges and returns are temporarily on hold. Rest assured that we’ll be extending our return policy to make up for this temporary measure and for the store closures.

Gift wrapping:
Gift wrapping service is temporarily paused to support physical distancing and faster service.

Mastermind Toys Perks:
Members whose kids celebrated birthdays during store closures will be able to redeem their surprise gifts when their local stores re-open.
