We’re happy to provide two FREE and easy options for our Pick Up In-Store service:

  • Curbside: Simply call the store when you arrive.
  • In-store: Collect your order at our Woo-hoo! HQ desk.

  • Add the products you want to your cart.
  • On the cart page, confirm your items and select the "Pick up in-store" option.
  • Choose your preferred store and proceed to "Checkout" to provide payment information and complete your purchase.

  • Within an hour of your purchase, we'll send you an email to confirm that your order is ready for pick up at your selected store. Browsing after store hours? We'll send you a confirmation email within an hour of the store opening.

  • Pick up your order in-store : Stop in to our new Woo-hoo! HQ desk for quick pick-up.
  • Curbside : When you arrive, simply call the store and wait in your vehicle — we'll bring your order out to you.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I place an order online to Pick Up In-store?
  1. Add the items you want to your cart.
  2. On your shopping cart page, select the “Pick Up In-Store” option and choose your store for pick-up.
  3. Go to “Checkout” to provide payment and complete your purchase. We’ll send a confirmation email with detailed instructions within 60 minutes. If you are ordering after store hours, we will send a confirmation within an hour of the store opening.
  4. When you arrive at your selected store, come inside to pick up your order at our Woo-Hoo! HQ desk, or call when you arrive for Curbside Pick-up.
Which products are available to Pick Up In-store?
Eligible items will show a green checkmark next to “Pick Up In-store”. If an item is in stock online but not at your selected store (or an alternate store convenient for you), you can order it for delivery to the address of your choice. Please note that we do occasionally limit customers to a certain number of some popular or limited-edition products. These exceptions will be noted on the product page.
How will I know when my order is ready for pick-up?
We’ll send a confirmation email within 60 minutes during store hours, or, if you place your order after hours, within 60 minutes of store opening. Simply bring a copy of that email – either on your device or printed out – with you to your selected store to collect your items.
Is there a charge for Curbside Pick-up?
No: Curbside Pick-up is a FREE service. Your online order will include the price for each item plus applicable taxes, with no fees or handling charges.
Which Mastermind Toys stores offer Curbside Pick-up?
Our Curbside Pick-up service is currently available at all our stores.
Can I have my items gift-wrapped?
Of course: when you pick up your order in-store, we’d be delighted to wrap them at no charge.
Why does my confirmation email show that an item is unavailable for pick-up?
Occasionally, although an item may show as available on our website, it may have sold out at your selected store by the time staff received the order and looked for the requested item.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes: you can designate another person to pick up an order on your behalf, but they must show your email confirmation when they arrive at your selected store.
How long will you hold my order?
We’ll hold your items for five full business days once your order is ready.
Which items can I Pick Up In-store?
