Our Return and Exchange Policy

The following return policies apply only to products purchased online through Mastermindtoys.com. For products purchased in-store, please refer to the back of your receipt for full return details.

Mastermind Toys and our suppliers stand firmly behind all of our products. If any of the items you have purchased via our website do not meet your expectations, we offer two ways in which you can return the products (within 60 Days of the original order): by shipping them back directly to MastermindToys.com or by visiting us in-store.

Please Note: Orders paid for by Interac or Paypal may ONLY be returned through MastermindToys.com.

Web Return Policy


  • Product must be in the original packaging and be in resellable condition.
  • Product must be returned prepaid.
  • Returns must be accompanied by the confirmation receipt, packing slip, or invoice.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. For online orders this could be credit card, interac, or paypal.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) granted by one of our Customer Service Staff in the form of an email or chat transcript. Contact Customer Service via Chat, email or phone to obtain an RA.
  • Web Return Procedure


  • 1. Collect any of the documents sent by Mastermind Toys that have your order number on it. This includes your confirmation receipt, packing slip, or invoice.
  • 2. On the back of this paper, write the reason for your return.
  • 3. Prepare the goods along with one of the documents mentioned above in a protective cardboard box for return shipment.
  • 4. Return, with the shipping prepaid, to:

    NOTE: For ensured receipt of the return, a guaranteed delivery shipper or insured parcel post should be used. If you have any questions or concerns, you can email us by clicking here or phone us toll free at 1-888-388-0000 ex 2.

  • In-Store Return Policy


  • Product must be in the original packaging and be in resellable condition.
  • Personal ID matching the Billing information on the receipt is required for a full refund.
  • Returns must be accompanied by the confirmation receipt.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment (stores can only process web returns originally purchased on a credit card).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Where there is no confirmation receipt present – the product can be exchanged OR an in-store credit can be issued at the product's last promotional sale price.
