    No. PERKS membership is FREE—there is no fee and no purchase necessary.

    Unfortunately, no. The PERKS offers, promotions and rewards are members-only benefits and are non-transferable. However, we’re happy to introduce your family and friends to the Perks program so they can enjoy the benefits as well! It’s free to join and available to everyone.

    We will send PERKS members messages about exclusive early access for stock of new or hard-to-get items that may be of interest. So be sure to opt-in to receive Perks emails and we’ll send you the details as soon as we have them!

    How do I use my PERKS coupon code?

    Our PERKS coupon codes are exclusive to PERKS members. To use your PERKS coupon code, you must be signed in, and have a completed profile.

    Once signed in, check to ensure your registration is complete. To complete registration, select the “person” figure at the top right of the screen, and select Manage Perks Profile. When you are done entering the required details, select Update PERKS Profile, and then you’re all set! Simply enter the coupon code during checkout to receive your discount, and remember to sign in before using coupons in the future!

    Will you wrap my gifts for free in store?

    Absolutely. We're delighted to offer PERKS members free gift-wrapping in all our stores for both in-person shopping and pick up in-store options. You can choose from 5 styles of gift wrap – designed by our Mastermind Toys team here in Canada!

    If for some reason your preferred gift wrap style is unavailable, the store associate will substitute the next closest option for you.

    Note that while we love to make a great gift even better with beautiful wrapping, some items are simply too large, bulky or oddly-shaped for us to wrap effectively.

    Price Match Policy

    We offer price matching for Perks members on items promoted by the listing of retailers below from Monday October 7, 2024 until informed otherwise when you visit us in-store or on-line!

    Please see conditions below:

    • Must be a Perks member to take advantage.
    • Valid on printed advertisements, digital flyers or items on a retailer’s Canadian website.
    • Advertisement must be presented before you buy (in the case of on-line, a copy of the ad can be sent) or within 14 days of purchase, only during the effective date of the competitor’s advertisement and we will match that lower price.
    • - Competitor clearance, close-outs, bankruptcies, limited quantity, free or bonus offers, BOGOs, brand and storewide sales, member only pricing, and special events excluded from this offer.
      - After purchase adjustments available in-store only. To receive an adjustment after purchase, your original receipt must be presented.
    • Valid on any identical item priced at a lower price by a major competing retailer listed below.
    • - Item must be in stock and available at both Mastermind Toys and the competing retailer within Canada and must be priced in Canadian dollars.
    • We determine the “Major Competing Retailers” solely at our discretion, listed below. (Does not include third-party, marketplace, refurbished, or liquidation sellers.)

    How To Request a Price Match:

    In-Store:

    • Prior to purchase, present the item and the valid competitor ad to the cashier. Once verified, cashier will perform the price adjustment at the point of sale.
    • After purchase, present your original receipt OR your shipping confirmation (for online orders) and the valid competitor ad to the cashier. Once verified, cashier will perform the appropriate return and adjustment.

    Online:

    • Prior to purchase, email customerservice@mastermindtoys.com with a link to the item(s) you wish to purchase as well as the valid competitor ad. Once verified, the Customer Service team will place the order with the adjusted price and send the invoice to be paid prior to shipping.
    • After purchase adjustments for all orders must take place in-store.
