How long will my order take to arrive?

*Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store orders are processed in the order received. You’ll receive a “Ready for Pick-Up” email within 1 hour during store hours or 1 hour after opening if placed outside business hours.
Note: During peak holiday periods, processing times may be longer than usual. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is processed with tracking details included.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Please note: we do not ship to PO Boxes, CFPO, FMO, APO, or freight forwarding companies.
Do you offer free shipping?
Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $50 CAD or more before tax. Select “Free Standard Shipping” at checkout.
- Excludes PO Boxes, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, and remote postal codes.
- Valid for UPS Standard only. Express and Priority excluded.
- Oversized or overweight items are excluded and will incur additional fees.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is the Mastermind Toys Return Policy?
Extended Holiday Return Policy 2025: Purchases made from October 6, 2025 onward can be returned until January 14, 2026.
Standard Return Policy: Returns accepted within 30 days with an original receipt, provided the item is unopened and in resalable condition.
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds on Gift Cards, Trading Cards (Lorcana, Pokémon, Magic, Sports), Blind Boxes, Blind Bags, discontinued items, or final sale merchandise.
- Refunds with a gift receipt will be credited to a Mastermind Toys Gift Card.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
PRICE MATCH POLICY
How does price matching work?
Our Perks Members can price match identical items found at major Canadian retailers, including Toys “R” Us, Indigo, Staples, Canadian Tire, Walmart.ca, and Amazon.ca (sold and shipped directly).
To request a price match, email customerservice@mastermindtoys.com with a link to the product or present a valid ad in-store.
