Return & Refund policy

Mastermind Toys will gladly accept returns on merchandise accompanied by the original receipt within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unopened and in as-new, resalable condition. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, if the original card is unavailable, Mastermind Toys may issue a Mastermind Toys gift card.  

Please note:
No returns, exchanges, or refunds on Gift Cards, Trading Cards (Lorcana, Pokémon, Magic, Sports), Blind Boxes, Blind Bags, discontinued merchandise, or items marked as final sale.

Refunds for items accompanied by a gift receipt within 30 days will be credited in the form of a Mastermind Toys Gift Card.

For Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store orders, please bring the “Your order is ready for pick up” email you received when visiting the store.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns of merchandise purchased at Closing Stores will not be accepted at any location.

If you paid via PayPal and would like the purchase refunded to your original form of payment, please provide proof of original payment card via the matching PayPal transaction information in your PayPal account. If unable to provide, we will issue your refund as a Mastermind Toys gift card.

For pickup in-store and curbside orders, please bring your receipt that was included when you picked up your order.

Returning Items Purchased Online

We accept returns within 30 days of the order shipment date provided the item is unopened and in as-new, resalable condition. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order arrives damaged or defective.

You can return your online purchase in one of two ways:
Return by mail – Please contact our customer service team to verify return eligibility and then mail your return to the following address:

We will issue the refund for the purchase price of the items returned in the original form of payment.

Return to a store – Please bring your order invoice (i.e., your shipping confirmation email) and any card used to make the purchase. We will issue the refund for the purchase price of the items returned in the original form of payment: credit card or gift card.

Please note: If you paid via PayPal and would like the purchase refunded to your original form of payment, please provide proof of original payment card via the matching PayPal transaction information in your PayPal account. Exchanging a Mastermind Toys Gift Received by Mail

You can receive credit for the value of the item in one of two ways

Please note: original and return postage are not refundable. We will issue a gift card for the value of the item.

Return to a store – Please bring your packing slip and the new, unopened item to your local Mastermind Toys store. We will issue a gift card for the value of the item, or will gladly assist you with an exchange for an alternative item(s).
