We’re excited to announce that we’ve introduced Sensory Hours: a sensory-friendly shopping experience that looks, feels, and sounds different from our day-to-day.
Sensory Hours will feature:
- Reduced lighting in stores
- Silenced phone ringers and music
- Asking our teams to speak softly
- Reduced or eliminated scents
- A streamlined checkout process to avoid long waits
- Fidget toys available for demo play for a calming journey throughout the store
When
Third Thursday of every month @ 5pm-6pm (local time)
Third Sunday of every month @ 11pm-12pm (local time) /
Dartmouth, Bayview, and Windermere locations run 12pm-1pm
